The resort is a 10 out of 10. Luxury at its best! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything was meticulous and the attention to detail was impressive. Chef Keith went above and beyond and took us on the most amazing culinary experience. He has incredible talent and made our stay even better than we could ever imagine. Hands down best resort in Zanzibar!

The room was spacious, the neighborhood quiet and the hosts welcoming. Breakfast (a buffet) had variety. The terrace upstairs is quite large and from there I could listen to birds sing and enjoy a bird eye view of Kendwa's captivating ocean. Kendwa's beautiful beach was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. I would definitely return for a longer stay.

I had an amazing stay at Gabry’s property! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Zanzibar, making us feel right at home. The house is lovely, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. We also adored her three adorable dogs, which added so much charm. The property is perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, making it super convenient for daily outings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend staying here!

This property was absolutely incredible. It was clean and welcoming. Wonder relaxing deck and a short 1-2 minute walk to the beach and close to an amazing beach side restaurant. Sonia and her staff made our stay incredible. We needed a late checkout for our transportation to the airport and she didn’t even hesitate to work with us. I would definitely stay here again. On the front side of the property is a genuine African village. It may look intimidating but the people were so nice. We never felt unsafe even at night. If I could I would give this place 12 stars. It’s not Sandals, it’s better. It gives you a true home feeling. Well done Sonia and staff.
