The apartment is about 7 minutes walk to Kendwa's white sand beach. Units of Jabulani House are listed and booked as rooms which each have a private TV and mini fridge. The apartment is an extension of Sand and Sunset Hotel, which is 2 minutes' walk down the hill and besides Kendwa Rocks hotel.
