There was a free parking There was a perfect sauna and the hotel provided the towels for us. The breakfast was lovely. Staff was very kind

The view of the Alps from our room waa breathtaking! The extra window shutter was great to have to block the sun in the morning. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was spacious! Everything was very clean! Victoria was very kind!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

I loved the people. Wow, the respect they gave. Truly people oriented people. I'm learning German and they couldn't be more kind and respectful about helping me. Number one factor in the game to me. The coffee in the stuben was to die for! And so many organic tea leaves! Plenty of dishes and air fryers are available. Extra towels suggested and offered on my way to the public pool. Family oriented kindness. I felt included. They continually asked if I got everything I needed in my room. Above and beyond real caring. I was in love. The balcony was amazing. I got everything I asked for since before I entered the room, a corner room with balcony and ample mountain views. Kindness and helpful are in their blood. I'm in love with their culture. First place I'll choose to stay when I'm back in the summer. Just before I even got there, a later check-in was accommodated immediately without issue, so they were caring and responsive before i even got there. I later found out that during that time, they were visiting family. They don't stop caring about their customers!

Host is on site ,parking is very spacious.room very modern ,facilities are adequate great restaurants close by. Will definitely come back as host was very helpful and offered great suggestions as what to do and where to go

Beautiful abode. Like living in simpler and quieter time. Perfectly maintained with modern conveniences. Instructions were clear and easy. Key access too. Lovely base to explore the Grainau region.

The view was SPECTACULAR. The room was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Not far from the room were hiking trails with more amazing views of the mountains. I will be recommending this place to all my friends.

The location is pretty good. Walking one hour to Eibsee with amazing view along the way! Also very close to the town center for dinner. The house is around 100 years old. I love it a lot! The host is very friendly and talkative. We enjoyed our stay :)

Great hotel overall - nice room, great view, good food in the restaurant and friendly personel.

Cleanliness and location. The hotel was about a three minute drive to Garmisch.

The staff is friendly and can speak English well. The room is slightly tiny but kept very clean and has a balcony with a nice view. Close to Eibsee. You can reach Aldi and Edeka within 10 minutes by car as well. Very good value for money.

In one word: wow!! We were staying in the rooms above the restaurant, Lake View room. the view was incredible!! It was big, comfortable, clean and the staff was great!

Everything! We stayed for my birthday. They even brought a cupcake to our apartment. We loved having a fire in the fireplace on the patio. Our view was a picture that will never be forgotten, nor will our walks around the lake. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, spotless clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. A couple of minutes away from the lift, and a couple of minutes away from the center both on foot. Ski bus stop is just in front

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! They served the freshest croissants I have ever had in my life. Large assortment of food. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and roomy. Room #311 has a great view of the Alpspitze, Waxenstein and Kramer-Amazingly beautiful! Great location, too! Looking forward to coming back soon!
