We stayed 3 days in October 2025. The studio room was modern, clean, functional, with a very well equipped kitchen. All entrances are code-based and we didn't have a chance to see the owners. The WiFi connection was exceptionally good exceeding 500 Mbps and stable. The hotel is not offering a parking, but is located within walking distance from Atocha train station, which makes it easily reachable from the airport by train, and the city center tourist attractions can also be reached on foot - perfect location.
