The lobby staff are very friendly and really helpful. The waiters and servers on the rooftop as well. The spa experts were very kind and knowledgeable.

A cozy apartment in a wonderful location with the Sunday market by the river nearby. The city center with restaurants, museums and shopping is within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped. There is a washing machine as well.

I liked everything about this hotel and the room was so pretty! The bed was located in the middle of the room so the set up was unique! The bed was super comfortable and tidy! Upon my arrival in the room, I had a plate of fresh small fruit and a hand written card welcoming me. The mini bar was well garnished with different beverages, and even more! The bathroom facilitated free gel shower shampoo and conditioner. Also, the restaurant... AMAZING!! I love Japanese food and I was served! One of the sushi chef is a champion in his domain, it was absolutely delicious! The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they arranged for a taxi in the morning of my departure. So overall I had a great time!

The property is exactly what its name says: charmant et soacieux. The location is perfect, we almost walked everywhere. And the host was very nice.

Location and quality of the facilities in the apartment were fantastic. The communication with the host was open and they answered all of our questions.

We booked this property primarily for its close proximity to the Gare St Jean train station. It was large, spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was very quiet.
