IcelandWe stayed for a couple of nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. We felt pampered and very well taken care of.
Used the facilities to the fullest, went for walkes, trained at the gym, went to the pool and got treatments at the Spa. A big shout out to Beatrice who was amazing and went above and beyond for a very tired lady.

The Spa Hotel is a short and pretty walk from Tunbridge Wells' central Pantiles shopping area and the fantastic Thackeray's restaurant.
The hotel room and bed were very comfortable with a large bathroom and soft pillows. Staff left a card and chocolate fudge with good wishes for our anniversary in the room.
The grounds are beautiful and the tennis court well kept and very convenient, yet not overlooked. The pool is small and cool but lovely for a dip, with sauna/steam rooms/changing rooms/gym all convenient.

Great friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything that was needed. Was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The sauna, steam room and pool were all nice and clean. Stayed only for one night as had an exam in the area the next morning, was the perfect choice, enjoyed a nice relaxing evening which helped with the exam nerves!

Beautiful, relaxing overnight stay with my Fiancé which was very much needed! We loved the Spa and spent time in the pool and steam room.
A lovely breakfast was included the following morning.

Iconic luxury hotel, the grand manor exterior is complemented by luxe art deco stylings in the bedrooms, and there are beautiful extensive gardens and hotel grounds. We had dinner at the restaurant which was lovely. We used the spa facilities - booked a couple's massage treatment - and it was fabulous; but the pool area was tiny and underwhelming.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Our room was gorgeous - lovely and warm with a nice bathroom. The food at breakfast was high quality and good choice available. We used the tennis courts, gym and the spa and they were all good - pool/sauna area is small but that’s fine. Some really amazing staff - especially the ginger man who helped us at the leisure reception (sorry didn’t get a name!). Would highly recommend and consider revisiting

I love staying here. We wait until we find a deal (often between Christmas and New Year hotels do cheaper deals) the rooms are spacious, dressing gowns, coffee that isn't boring instant but coffee bags which, as a coffee drinker I enjoy.
I always use the Spa for a treatment. This time I had Abbie who was lovely and did a really good luxury pedicure.
Breakfast was superb with lots of choice for continental and we opted for full English.
