United StatesThe hotel was extremely festive, decorated for the holidays. The fires were lit in the lounge and bar, making for lovely spaces in which to have tea and drinks. The food in the restaurant and bar was very good. The spa was luxurious, and the services were done well. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful in all respects. The bathrooms were well-appointed. The housekeeping team made sure that we had plentiful towels, toiletries and coffee/tea supplies. We ran out in a rush one day of our stay leaving a terrible mess, and were pleasantly surprised to return to a cleaned and orderly room.

Lovely surroundings, very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Terrace very relaxing and pretty in the evening sun. Menu sufficiently varied with tasty and reasonably priced meals. Great choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

The spa families are excellent with a great pool.
The staff are very friendly and the setting is lively with a nice garden. Nice relaxing atmosphere in hotel generally.
The breakfast is good value too.

The staff were all friendly and helpful; we felt like they cared about our stay and experience and they make the hotel!
The spa is lovely and breakfasts are great. There is lots of choice at breakfast and it’s a lovely environment to eat in; we thought it was a stand out great breakfast 😀. The spa was not too busy and the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were wonderful!

Beautiful hotel. Our second stay here. We came to relax and enjoy the spa, and we definitely did. We stayed in a beautiful suite. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Will definitely visit again soon.

Location to Worcester, comfortable hotel with lots of seating areas for relaxing. Spa was good, bice sized pool for swimming and comfortable loungers for chilling. Bedrooms, clean, everything you need including biscuits to go with your morning cup of tea. Breakfast was good.
Mustafa made our stay, he was the perfect host during our evening meal. Ensured we were well looked after and even gave us suggestions on places to visit in Worcester. Very nice gentleman.

Room was clean and comfortable and it was my first time ordering room service and I wasn't disappointed - very nice food.
Breakfast was nice - make sure you book in advance to make use of the discount.
Spa was lovely - plenty of loungers to relax on. Pool was a little cold but refreshing and the room is so warm - its like being on holiday.
The Garden room restaurant area and atmosphere was fabulous, there was an actual pianist in the corner playing away while we ate dinner which was nice.
