I had a wonderful stay at Villa Mosaic in Spello! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area out front to relax. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed an amazing massage during my stay. The team even arranged dinner reservations for me at Il Postiglione, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The dining Service Claurinda, Juliano, Julia, Suella, Luna, Michela, Bruna, Olympia & specially Tania. Special thanks & big hug to Claurinda & Giorgia. From Montreal, Canada. This was a lovely property perfectly situated just outside of Assisi, but also walkable to town (2 km). Views were spectacular, rooms were tastefully decorated as well as spacious and immaculate, the staff friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was the best that we had during our 2 week stay in Italy, with ample selection of both savoury and sweet options. The landscaping around the property was beautiful, as was the pool area and seating areas outside the rooms. We stayed 3 nights and gladly took time away from exploring the area to just relax at this wonderful property. I was very sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Our hostess graciously met us, giving us a little tour of the amazingly well-kept, family-run property. The gardens!!!! Very much like a romantic home away from home, with little nooks to sit and meditate, beautiful views, and lovely facilities (pool, sauna, spa). We felt really welcomed and pampered. But the room!!!! Tastefully decorated in a modern Italian style, impeccably clean, and romantically lit. Every detail was overseen, from local wines and wine glasses, to ample space for luggage. Our hosts gave us information on local restaurants and on how and when to visit the places in Assisi - breakfast was lovely with a tasty selection of homemade goodies. We highly recommend staying here. It is quite the gem and definitely a little piece of heaven.
