Spa hotels in Nagoya

I lost my backpack on the train arriving in Nagoya. The concierge named Ten and others helped me contact the train operator to track and get my backpack back. They were the kindest and attentive hotel I’ve experienced. I will continue to stay at APA hotels for future Japan trips

Super clean, super smart, great value for money. There is impressive 24h onsen and location is exactly next to the main station.

Overall, the hotel was great. Rooms are quite big. We had the view of the park. Toiletries and PJs were provided. I personally loved that it’s one station away from Nagoya Station so I don’t have to deal with the crowds (I try to avoid this stn 😊). Staff were courteous and helpful. Loved our stay here. We will definitely choose to stay here again :)

the place has everything you needed, they even have the extra pillow you can pick at the front, and it was super comfy i even wanna buy it. service was perfectly great, if you are looking for a super service staff here you ll love. Onsen is safe, clean and well maintain

We stayed in this hotel last year and it was one of our best accommodation, so we decided to stay there again on our way from Kumano Kodo to Mt. Fuji. Love everything about this place

It was clean, convenient and the adjoining spa facility was amazing. I also appreciated they accommodated late check-out with a small fee.

We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

Amazing rooms, great atmosphere. .

It’s a cozy and warm space. Although not very spacious, it was sufficient for six people for a one-night stay. You can tell it was previously a family home, as the overall design reflects a typical Japanese family-style house—warm and comfortable. The location is close to public transport, though it requires a bit of walking. There are also many convenience stores and food options nearby. The owner/staff are friendly and helpful as well. The living room is equipped with a TV/speaker/lamp/projector, which is quite cool and adds to the experience.
