The staff was amazing - they gave us an upgrade. The room was super spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffer was with multiple options and included in the price. So it's a 5 star hotel by affordable price.

The staff and venue is superb. They did all they could to make sure we were comfortable in every aspect, even borrowed a wheelchair for all our stay to help one of my family members.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with big hotel amenities. It’s location in La Condesa puts you in the bohemian neighborhoods of Condesa and Roma Norte, with no lack of dining and drinking options at different price options. Staff are attentive and courteous and service is fast.

The property is very welcoming, well maintained, clean and was very nicely decorated for Chistmas! The front desk employees were very helpful especially the doorman Enrique🥰 Breakfast was very good. The dine in service was very efficient and the food was well prepared.

The location was excellent, especially in terms of walkability to great spots for food, coffee, and basic needs. It is also within walking distance of a safe, working ATM. The staff was kind, responsive, and welcoming from beginning to end. Given the images, we didn't expect the room to be that big, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival and would book the same room again.

The experience was the most comfortable ever, the staff was super super helpful and friendly. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the sight to the city was so beautiful, everything was perfect, definitely I must return to this hotel.
