Our queen room on the 2nd floor was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was quite modern including a spacious shower with good water pressure and upscale fixtures. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and linens were high quality. The reception and restaurant staffs was engaging, polite and helpful. We have nothing at all negative to say about our 4 night stay.

Everything went well. This was the best location in Oaxaca, the Hotel was a beautiful colonial house and the room was spotlessly clean and very big decorated with lovely furniture.
