I had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Residence, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located, with a welcoming atmosphere and professional staff who make you feel at home right away. A special highlight of my stay was the Spa & Tea. The facilities are elegant, relaxing, and designed with great attention to detail. The hydrotherapy circuit is a perfect way to unwind, and the variety of treatments is truly impressive. I tried the Hindu Abhyanga Massage, and it was extraordinary — deeply relaxing, with warm oils and techniques that completely restored my energy and balance. The therapists are skilled and attentive, creating a personalized experience that goes far beyond expectations. I can highly recommend Gaia Residence not only as a great place to stay but also as a destination for anyone looking for a first-class spa experience. I will definitely return on my next trip

It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!

There was a problem with my door; after I noticed, it was fixed in 1 hour. The staff sent me two custard pies as a courtesy.

It was a birthday surprise stay and my spouse was thrilled,We enjoyed our stay very much!! The facilities are wonderful and well kept The staff were so helpful, kind and nice. The room was big and clean, the swimming pool was great, breakfast was very good.

We love Tivoli Hotels and were so happy to stay at the Kopke! Exceptional service, caring staff, beautiful accommodations and great location. We had the best view from our room. Close to the Port houses, downtown restaurants and a lovely walk to Porto ( also take a cable car for the views). But honesty- the best of everything was right at this hotel. Do not miss the spa!!! The views and treatments both! Breakfast, dinner, the bar and the staff, room service … All lovely! We also enjoyed are delicious welcome port, kind note and traditional pastel de nata Special shout out to Pia and Francisca for getting medical help and running to the pharmacy when my husband injured his back. We felt very cared for and were in good hands. Book your stay here! You won’t be sorry!

Great location just near the famous bridge between Porto and Gaia, near all wine cellers. Very spacious, including full kitchen. Very comfortable Staff is great!

Great place to stay outside of the busy center of Porto. The garden and views are great. Spa area was great. We ate at the gastronomic restaurant, dishes were well executed.

The breakfast was marvelous, the SPA is great, we stayed at the Superior Bungalow, and it was fantastic!

I loved my stay at Artcore Hotel. It's very new and the facilities are fantastic — the rooms are very big, they have balconies, and I love how they're decorated with artistic and creative flair. I noticed that the bedding and the slippers were made in Portugal which was great. The spa facilities were also nice. I was a fan of the breakfast service, where they deliver breakfast to your door if you request it with a sign on your handle. The breakfast selection was vast and the acai bowl was a favorite. I also ordered dry cleaning for my pants and it arrived back to me, clean and dried, within hours!

Great experience. The hotel is perfect. Staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Location is good. The hotel is strongly recommend.
