A nice place for our night in Belgrade. Close to the Arena. Everything was amazing, would stay again for sure!

Very clean with a great attention to detail, you can tell that hosts paid close attention to amenities so that when you arrive you really have nothing to worry about during your stay!

Everything! We had a very comfortable stay. Everything was new and fresh, well equipped, nothing was missing. The owner definitely put a lot of thought into it. It was extremely hot in Belgrade past few days and functioning AC is above all else. Thankfully no problems there. We were commenting how layout of apartment and position of AC was perfect to cool both living space and two bedrooms. Finding the apartment, entering the premises, instructions and communication with the owner - everything worked perfect. Owner very kind and flexible. We would stay here again.

Location, cleanliness, and Omg the breakfast was so good. The staff was very helpful. We had a really good time.

Staying at Crown Plaza is a true treat for everyone visiting Belgrade. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, confortable, clean rooms with perfect bed and great shower. The central location is giving access to most attractions by bus or car; at night it is very quite. I highly recommend and plan to go back.

Very clean, comfortable, 2 air-conditioning units were perfect during almost 40C (100F) weather.

The place is great, it's cozy, comfortable and you've got everything you need. The location is excellent if you have an event to visit at the Belgrade Arena or Sava Centar because they are both really close to it. Recommended!

Attitude of hotel personnel is impeccable. Nothing it too much to ask for. Always smiling, very attentive to guests - the ladies from Lounge represent Serbian hospitality at it's best! Location of the hotel, the lounge view, top class facilities - these create a very unique experience. Special praise goes to Metropolitan restaurant, which converts into a true gourmet place in the evening. Amazing, when you really feel as a long waited and cherished guest, while actually being on a trip in a foreign country.

Sooooooooo great experience. especially the A1 apartment. So good and warm room with great view outside area. Everything is just fantastic! Also all the stuffs are so nice and friendly. The breakfast is also so great and delicious. I got lots of choices and the coffee is just great as well. And is included in the room fee. Love joy 5 so much and I’m sure I’ll come back again. Best experience in Beograd. Thank you joy 5.

Its super easy to collect keys as they are waiting under my name at the recetion who is also very friendly.

We good and fresh hotel in Belgrade waterfront

Everything, the customer service at the check in desk was professional, kind and courteous. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I'll be staying there again. We had the room with two beds and a sofa.

We love it! Thank you very much for the fabolous experience! Dedinitely would love to stay again. The rooms are perfect. And the winter garden is marvelous with new year shining. Additionally all stuffs are very kind and helpfull. Especially Dear Mr.Ivan was so kind that always asked how we are that day. Thank you so much, appreciated much.

This is my second time here. Today is 12/2024, Last time was in 12/2022. Honestly it got better! Rooms are clean as always. Now I get slippers and a robe too? This place is the best. Showers are strong and hot. Windows are huge. Staff was very kind. I'm really happy to have come back. Breakfast was really well done! Location again is in the center of everything. Super safe and welcoming.
