We had a great stay at the hotel. All the staffs showed up were extremely kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a lot of options. It was a 12-min walk from the hotel to the old quarter and it's very quiet at night. Highly recommended and will choose again if we come back to Hanoi!

Splendid Hotel will go the extra mile to accomodate and please you. I'm delighted of my stay, highly recommended. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ding who have been nothing less than perfect to us. As a couple in our early 60's we were happy with an amazing experience on the Ha Giang loop. Our round trip transportation from Hanoi and through Ha Giang to Sapa and Fanxipan was amazing in part because of Ding support. Ding also arrange Our trip to Ninh Binh ( his hometown ) was great, beautiful sights and fun activities. We loved the cycling especially. Overall, I enjoyed stay at the Splendid Hotel. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good hotel to stay in the heart of Hanoi.

I stayed at a junior suite for 2 nights. Very comfortable beds. The room design is very tasteful. Very clean. The best part is the very helpful staffs, always ready to help.

Here, however, you benefit from open windows and even balcony space, which significantly enhances the overall experience. The bathroom is spacious and well-designed, offering both a modern bathtub and a comfortable shower. The bed is genuinely large and meets proper international standards—extremely comfortable. On both sides, there are practical bedside tables with easily accessible power outlets for charging devices. The room layout is thoughtfully executed, including a fully enclosed wardrobe—unlike the open concepts found in many modern hotels, which can feel visually cluttered. The interior design features high-quality wooden elements throughout: elegant doors, well-crafted armchairs, a coffee table, and a functional desk.
