Spa hotels in Hanoi

Very good location and new. It’s in the center of the Old Quarter, it’s near restaurants, spa, coffee, merchandise and souvenir shops, tourist attractions such as the Local market, the trail street, and many more. Hotel manager especially My Bui and Linh were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day, provided with ample toiletries with complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee. Will stay here again in Hanoi.

Everything was wonderful! Location is excellent—close to everything by walking distance. Breakfast is incredible with so many variety and the most welcoming staff. The view makes it even more memorable-you can see the lake, city’s rooftops, and life happening in the old quarter Rooms are super comfortable, spacious, clean and you get welcomed by the best staff—May and her colleagues at the reception were very helpful and kind. The pool and gym are on the rooftop were wonderful stop for a fee hours to relax and take some sunshine. To add, you have another amazing view of the city. Totally the best value for your stay in Hanoi. Cant recommend enough ✨

The best hotel in Vietnam. The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.

We had a great stay at the hotel. All the staffs showed up were extremely kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a lot of options. It was a 12-min walk from the hotel to the old quarter and it's very quiet at night. Highly recommended and will choose again if we come back to Hanoi!

Right in the middle of the crazy streets, surprisingly enough the rooms were quiet, and the decorative rooms and cleanliness were spot on.

Everything! The bed was by far the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in! The room had everything we needed and the was clean! The staff were extremely helpful. The spa was delightful! The entire experience was flawless.

Excellent Location, staff, bed comfort, & shower pressure. Breakfast buffet was a mix of local and international. Option to order omelet or Vietnamese pancakes.

Everytging was perfect. First and the most important thing is the receptionist “charlotte” , what an amazing person and beautiful soul , she is soo soo welcoming with a smile and she was very helpful when she knew that i had a problem with my flight and she offered solutions also for me , and she also gave me a good recommendations where to go and what to do aince its ny first time here in vietnam .. And also tony “ mr. Easy “ he is super nice and we talked and chatted alot . I will give the address of this hotel to everyone i know

It is a new hotel in old quarter . Enjoyed staying at this hotel . It is value for money as the rooms are spacious and clean . The room and reception service is top notch with the staff pretty courteous, polite and helpfull. The breakfast is good. Can be a good choice if one wants to stay in old quarter.

This was an amazing stay in a humble corner of Hanoi. This was a layover stay for us so we didn’t think too hard about booking a one nighter, but this hotel blew us away. The staff were incredibly hospitable, Mey and Lin were exceptional. They had great suggestions for restaurants, provided laundry service, even booked us a car to the airport the next day for a cheaper price than Grab. I expressed I had been bitten by a mosquito in the room, and they offered us a change of rooms without question. The breakfast was delicious, bed was comfortable, and every staff member took pride in their role. I wish I could have stayed longer in this hotel, they truly gave 5 star service.
