A special shoutout to Julie and her staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and friendly service truly made a difference. I highly recommend Bamboo Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience.

The property is clean, the staff is incredibly helpful. They help arrange late night bus and let us wait in the lobby(which is very comfortable) and use the bathroom/shower. The breakfast also very delicious with so many fresh fruit. I have no complain at all.

Perfect location. Very helpfull and kind staff. They help to buy Fansipan's ticket. And provide me a room to take a prayer while we"re waiting our bus to Hanoi. Will stay here id visit Sapa again.👍👍

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable, excellent services.. delicious food.. you don't need to leave the hotel, all entertainment facilities are available, even climbing to the top of the mountain..

Reception staff were absolutely exceptional - always most helpful. My room was of a good size and most comfortable, and it had a superb view from the large balcony. Breakfasts were great with a range of high quality international cuisine.

Room is spacious and clean, the location and the view are excellent. Good breakfast option and the swimming pool has spectacular view!

Stayed at this property recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. Staff were polite and responsive whenever assistance was needed.

Staff were very good, even had a room for us we arrived very early at 8am went the extra mile for late checkout aswell 6pm

The location was superb if you like being a bit out of the city centre. Sapa town is quite loud and busy and Laxsik is down the road and set amongst the rice fields and is much quieter. It’s about 20 minute ride into town and the hotel is excellent at arranging rides into town, and once you are in town there are plenty of taxis and electric cars that can take you back. Our room was very large and had a beautiful balcony we would often sit on. The pool was also fantastic to go into after a long day of hiking with a local villager arranged by the hotel. As was the dinner at the restaurant at the hotel as we were too tired to go too far for dinner after our hike! Would highly recommend staying here.

I like the location, quite but in the center, .. I like the stuff they were very friendly and help full .. they let to uae the hotel again even my booking is done and checked out

it was a perfect stay in Sapa. our room was big, roomy and super clean. the staffs were very helpful, especially Sarah. she texted me since beginning and helped me arrange our bus back to hanoi, and getting us tickets to go to Fansipan. she gave recommendations on where to go and checked on us daily, without being bothersome. its so good how she knows her guests that well, and keeping up with their schedules 2 out of 3 days we were there, it was very foggy with light drizzle. so we spent some time just chilling in our room.considering the size and design of the room, there was no issue for us to stay locked in 😄 location also very close to restaurants , but not right in the middle of the busy street, so theres still some peace and quiet. the hotel also has a private lobby for quests with a pool table, to keep their guest busy while they are in the hotel(a plus point for husband and son 😄) a very recommended hotel when visiting Sapa 👍

This is really beautiful 5 star resort on the hill - if you are lucky enough with the weather, you can see mountains and the view is fantastic. We stayed in bungalow which was nicely decorated and has amazing wooden smell. They have sauna at the resort and few pools, we used it everyday, so relaxing

Good stay with an excellent view and polite staff.

Very comfortable and clean rooms! An absolute luxury after taking the night bus from Hanoi. We arrived at the hotel at 4am and they allowed early check in for just an additional 500.000 VND. It felt like having a free extra night! We loved the breakfast here - wonderful mix of Vietnamese and Western options. Also nice to order a la carte items which came quickly each time. The staff helped us book return bus tickets to Hanoi and were very professional and timely. We loved our stay here and would gladly recommend it to couples, friends and families 😊

My room had a stunning view of the pedestrian street, especially at night when the lights twinkled and it was bustling. The hotel's location is very convenient; you can walk to many places. The breakfast was quite simple, but sufficient for a short stay.

We like everything about it. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The ambience was so relaxing. We also love the staff who were so accommodating, nice and helpful. They made sure that our stay would be 10/10. We had this order-all-you-can breakfast, and the food were superb. We just want to go back again to Sapa and stay longer in this place.
