A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is incredibly delicious with a great selection (the dumplings were my favorite!). The spa area is absolutely fantastic—I would love to come back!

The location was out of the way from the Nakasendo Kaido but everything about the hotel was great. The onsen was very nice-the water or whatever was put in the water was great for the skin. The dinner and breakfasts were amazing.

Staff can communicate in English pretty well and really friendly. Dinner was excellent. Onsen is small but decent and not crowded. Room is very spacious and there's even a massage chair in our room. ☺️

They also had capsule accommodations, which made the stay more affordable. It was a little outside of town, which I liked, but there was a bus stop right in front and the bus ran every hour. Their breakfast buffet was amazing, and the onsen was wo derful.
