Mercure wakayama is one of the best hotel in wakayama.. The room is really spacious..really big enough for 3 people..we booked mountain view room. Even though the location quite take some time to walk from the nearest sea.. But the location is very good.. We really like the outdoor onsen n the cleanliness of the onsen facility.. We also like the breakfast buffet in the morning.. There is also a shuttle bus to go here n from the train station., it's really helpful for the tourist

It sits right on the harbor at Kii Tanabe. Spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Great onsen waters. Hotel chefs accommodated my need to be gluten free perfectly despite how difficult it is with Japanese food. That kindness will always be appreciated. Great staff!

The apartment was so clean and beautiful! It has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. The kitchen was so big and well-equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The owner was also so friendly and welcoming! I hope I can stay here again on my next trip!

The apartment was really big, the size of a normal apartment. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, toilet. And had 3 beds. We didn’t see the owner so it was nice and private.

Exceptional views of the forest, rooms are big. And the Onsen was also incredible, it has an interior, and exterior bath just next to the river. I definitely recommend it!
