The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. I especially like the hotel manager, Jola, who was wonderful and welcoming. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this comfortable and wonderful place.

United StatesWe were upgraded to a premium room which had a terrific view of the beach & ocean and a large balcony with lounge chairs. Our room was spacious with a comfortable large bed. The bathroom was a good size with 2 sinks. There were plenty of towels, both for the bath and the beach. We also greatly enjoyed the swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The co-owner and manager kindly assisted us with booking a snorkel trip.

Great Hotel with nice little
Bungalows, very clean, comfortable bed with Mosquito net and modern bathroom. The garden and plants are very groomed and the pool area is great for relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and in addition to the menue they offer every
day (toast, cake…) they offer different additions (fruits, omelet, crepe …) that varies from day to day. The owner is very nice and helpful. It’s only 5 min. walking distance from the ocean. We felt very comfortable and safe.Incan highly recommend Mawimbi.

The hotel is beautiful, a lot of attention is put in the details. The pools are big and there are beds and chairs available to enjoy the sun. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The restaurant prepares delicious foods. The hotel offers daily activities, such as a village tour, yoga, etc. Our room was spacious, we had a balcony and view of the sea. We were very happy with our stay and were able to relax and enjoy the hotel and the beach! If you are looking for relaxing holidays, don’t hesitate to go to Marafiki!

The beach, soft white power. The pools sparkling and warm, the food- so much variety plus restaurant's to choose from when you are not in the mood for buffet.
You can swim in the sea at high and low tide. crystal clear, not affected by tides like many other resorts.
The staff are amazing, it would be unfair to single out anyone in particular. ASANTE to you all.

It is a very cozy and wonderful place, full of nice spots to relax! my bungalow was super spacious, very clean and wonderfully decorated. I had yoga classes every day in an ideal place and really enjoyed it so much! The food was very good as well, try the zucchini pasta and the poke bowl! Everyone in salama was very kind, making you feel like home. Maria and Paco are the best hosts ever. I really hope you to come back one day

My third stay at Bandas. What to say? I feel home the moment I enter. This time I was there for business, but even do I was able to relax and disconnect. Breakfast available all day, food as alway is fresh and delicious. Loved the set menu during the music nights. As always Ali, the gardener, brough me coconut on the room and had a laugh.

Brilliant break fast, very good value for money. Excellent place to relax away from the hustle bustle of city life. Spacious and very clean room, bathroom was also very well maintained. Staff were very cordial and friendly the owner too. Emanuel is an excellent person.

On the quiet side of Nungwi, but with good food available onsite and close to other restaurants, it's very convenient. Beach is very safe at low tide and there is a great pool on site. Good selection of seating/swings/hammocks to relax in. Massage service provide was relaxing. We had a room with a shared apartment but no other guests while we were there. Close to the Turtle conservation sanctuary if you want to swim with them and not far to walk to the main Nungwi beach.

Very good pool area (with 3 pools) and enough sun-beds. Good breakfast and many good delicious choices for lunch and dinner in on-site restaurant. Very helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Beach is nice, but not very good for swimming (beacuse of the tide). Hotel also has SPA with different treatments (massage, nails etc).

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean views villas in north Matemwe. The villas are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. The private garden and pool are perfect for relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Matemwe beach and the nearby attractions. We highly recommend Ocean views villas for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Zanzibar.
