Lovely staff. We ordered room service of two roast dinners which arrived super quick, nice and hot and really delicious. I managed to lock myself out twice and both times the staff were so lovely about letting me back in. Lovely room. Nice little private outdoor area for coffee. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The property was filled with blooming flowers and shrubs. The rooms were tidy with generous toiletries, dishes and soap. Each room had sturdy outdoor chairs on a covered porch.

Absolutely picturesque location. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the view at the lake was so lovely. The furnishings in the room were relatively new, and the cabin looks well maintained.

Clean and comfortable with a nice bed and pillows -.convenient parking - good place!

Location is excellent. True tranquillity yet close to Pemberton, shops and coffee/bakery outlets. Chalets are spacious and surprisingly cool during the hot days even without any air-condition fitted. Terrace is looking at the lake and chairs and sofas at the back porch are very comfy for the relaxing experience surrounded with the wildlife (mostly birds). End of summer is probably the best time of the year. Not too hot, not too cold. And surprisingly not many mozzies for the chalets next to the lake. Bed was very comfortable for our taste and if too cold at night electric blanket is there if needed. We did not need to use it as that duna was a great cover. We used our kettle and coffee but there was Nespresso machine with frother and coffee pods and tea and sugar sachets available including the milk in the fridge. Flat TV in front of very comfy sofas and wood fire heater in the corner for a really cold nights. We did not have to use it. TV channels available through Fire TV streaming dongle. All the rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet were clean spotless. We would stay longer if we could but for the next time we will try to do that. WiFi was easy to connect to. Our chalet was No 4 the last one from the gates.
