Beautiful surroundings and facilities. Very attentive staff. I had a flat tire, and the owner helped me change the tire and even took me to a shop to get the flat tire fixed. I appreciate him going out of his way to help me. Loved the hotel very much!

It was an amazing experience with this hotel. Clean, exceptional staff, excellent breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere. This is going to be my main Hotel to stay when visiting Serra Negra again.
