We had such a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and surprised us with something truly special, an experience we will never forget! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. 10 out of 10!

Very clean and the decor was great! An extra feature we enjoyed was the dining table was on rollers and tucked away nicely under the entertainment stand, so we pulled it out when needed and had lots of room to move around. The air conditioning worked very well as it was one of the hottest days this summer. The free mini gold with your stay was awesome and the outside seating area with BBQ is awesome. Very close to beach and restaurants. I would recommend this place for sure. And the front counter receptionist was so friendly and kind, I believe his name was Juper.

Conveniently located on the West Island Highway, The Tide’s Out offers free Wi-Fi, and each room is equipped with a refrigerator.

Clean inside and out. Grounds well kept. Parking is right outside the rooms and well lit. I have a dog. He is house trained and clean. There is no smell from other animals in the rooms. That’s important to me as other upscale hotels put you into rooms that have stains on the floors and smell like pee. VIP IS VERY CLEAN ! No animal smell at all.

Located just steps from the Strait of Georgia on Vancouver Island, Hotel Feng, BW Signature Collection features an indoor pool, hot tub and gym.

We were upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, the view, the comfort, the location...could NOT have asked for better!!! It was quite cold out, but walked on the beach and caught the Sunset-the surrounding mountains and water views were nothing short of spectacular..!!!

This hotel was a little way out of the central city area but it was so delightful. The décor was GRAND and delightful. the entrance had royalty memorabilia and tea memorabilia and comfort laid on. It was beautiful and divine. the room was huge with 2 queen size beds and heaps of room for luggage and a little door which opened up to a small outside seated area off your room. The bathroom had beautiful fresh white towels. We had a room with an accessible shower, eg not a shower over a bath and it was very roomy. the staff were very accommodating. We had a car and car parking was available undercover or outside for free. We were only here for 1 evening and it was very enjoyable.

The room was very comfortable. Good lighting, storage. Excellent beds, pillows. Convenient bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very welcoming. There are a lot of good places to eat or get a take out within walking distance.

This hotel is located on Long Lake, 10 minutes from downtown Nanaimo, British Columbia. It serves a daily continental breakfast and all rooms feature a lake view from a balcony or patio.
