Good location (very close to 2 metro stations), clean, nice breakfast, room not so big but not so small eighter, staff is very helpfull (even they dont know english they will help you anyway....using a translation app)

Everything is clean. Hotel stuff provide a good support! Nice projector at the room. There is a fitness zone outside at the roof garden. The breakfast is nice. Close to the subway station.

I was sick at midnight after I arrived hotel. And the staff was really helpful and accompanied with me whole night and took care of me in the hospital (500 meters away from the hotel). I really appreciate the staff and their kindness. I can say this is one of the unforgettable memories in my life.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing, always helpful, went out of their way to help the guests. There is always fresh lemon water in the lobby and they will make tea for you any time. The room was very comfortable, had everything. The black out shades and a/c allowed me to sleep perfectly.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many places of interest but in a quiet area. The room was clean and had everything you need for a few days.

THE BEST HOTEL IN ALL BEIJING - trust me. Don’t be afraid that it says only for Mainland Chinese no problem they accept it. It is just for something of the government but no problem we are from Brasil we stayed and it was fine! First of all one advice DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS, or maps to get here it will throw you in a construction site far away from where it is. Just follow the steps from the messages . It is in SHINSHA HUTONG street just ask that name when you get to the HUTONG area of Quianmen and it will be easy! They accept WESTERN credit card which is very good most places do not accept anything of that visa or Mastercard. But here yes… very good m. Amazing hotel, we loved here!

The staff were exceptional they were friendly and very helpful when booking private cars, plus could speak English which was helpful. Cleaning staff even do your laundry for you so no need to worry about finding a laundry place. Placed on an amazing street, they don't serve breakfast but down the street are nice street food and cafe. The rooms are also really nice with big beds and even nice amenities like brushes, tooth brush and paste, shampoo etc. The street its located on is not overly pack making it perfect with at the end of the street being a station for the train so you don't have to go far.

The staff were so kind and made me feel safe as a solo traveler. Zhao & Guo made sure to check on me everyday and even be a resource when I was navigating outside.
