Exceptional place! Everybody is so nice and helpful! Very modern, clean, friendly, they help you with everything! Close to metro station, bell tower 1 min away, you can reach everything from here! Definitely the best place to stay! The nice ladies were cleaning the place, but some people just can not keep a place clean ( talking about toilets). But everything is as in the pictures! Recommend! I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing, always helpful, went out of their way to help the guests. There is always fresh lemon water in the lobby and they will make tea for you any time. The room was very comfortable, had everything. The black out shades and a/c allowed me to sleep perfectly.

It was my favourite room I stayed in my whole 6-week trip! I got a private room on a high bed, I loved it so much, it was so fun climbing up to my bed every night :D The TV had so much selection too, so comfortable, the lobby was spacious, clean, and looks beautiful. The staff were also super kind and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay for three nights! My Alipay was not working so I had to get cash and they were very understanding and kind! Also so nice that there is a delicious noodle restaurant in the building!

The location was the perfect spot to rest after starting the hike from the Naxi Family Guesthouse. The view is amazing, a real highlight , we had a great little balcony to sit and enjoy. The room was clean and spacious, way better than other huts we’ve been in during hikes in Europe. The facilities are good, there is a good restaurant with lots of meal options for breakfast and dinner, and the tigerbucks coffee is a beautiful (albeit expensive) place to sit and enjoy the view. There are plenty of signs during to hike to the halfway so we didn’t have any problem finding it.

The staff were exceptional they were friendly and very helpful when booking private cars, plus could speak English which was helpful. Cleaning staff even do your laundry for you so no need to worry about finding a laundry place. Placed on an amazing street, they don't serve breakfast but down the street are nice street food and cafe.
The rooms are also really nice with big beds and even nice amenities like brushes, tooth brush and paste, shampoo etc.
The street its located on is not overly pack making it perfect with at the end of the street being a station for the train so you don't have to go far.
