3-Star Hotels in Chengdu

The hotel was very clean and cozy. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. As we do not speak Chinese they tried to translate our queries as much as possible. Appreciate it. The breakfast was decent and healthy. We were given complementary coffee coupons. Zhou Qian and Hu Qi yuan are excellent staff. Always ready to help. The manager was also supportive.

Very helpful staff, helped us to orginised pandas and trip to mountain. Good location. :)

The price beats all other hotels at the same level Just 700m from metro exit Many street food stalls around open until midnight

The location was surrounded by metro entrance which is very convenient! And right below the stay, there were restaurants and convenient stores, and even medical stores. The unit itself was located at a higher floor with several secured gates and doors before you arrived at the unit door step. The surrounding was quiet as well. The unit itself was spacious and the amenities was very complete. The person in charge was super friendly and helpful as well, and always very happy to recommend places to go. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chengdu!

We had such a perfect time. Everyone is helpful and friendly and the coffee upstairs is amazing - if you’re from a coffee-drinking country like us you will be reminded of home. If you can try and do the walking tour, it’s a great way to immerse yourself in some of the history of Chengdu and Mix (the guide and hostel manager) is really good fun and very insightful. He and his sister are amazing hosts and I can wholeheartedly recommend any of their hostels. 5 stars is often a review given under some small duress but this one is genuine because I have a few minutes to spare and we have had such a great stay!

Front desk worker was excellent and helpful

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all staff members involved in running this hostel. It was a great first place to stay for my first time visiting China. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaners keep the place tidy, there are plenty of sitting areas such as the bar on the first floor and the lounge on second floor for relaxing and socializing as well as playing games like pool. I would recommend this place to all travellers, the price is fair, location is convenient, friendly and helpful staff, and an overall feeling of comfort.

This was a great property to stay at the staff were incredibly accommodating not only in helping us get check in early, but also with delivery items. We especially appreciated their willingness to clean our place and have turned down service. They are a thoughtful crew and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We love how clean the places how energy efficient it is and love the lighting and cleanliness.

location is excellent, service is exellent, and room is spacious. lot of restaurants downstairs, there is 1 supermarket in the basement. Host is very nice, especially helped us to pick up deliveries.

Very comfortable beds, space (we had a two bed) and great location. Hotel was located a few metres from the subway; which made getting around easy. Very helpful staff. We would stay again.
