Very clean in total. Rooms nice and welcoming. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a marvelous bang-for-the-buck ratio. Very good

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Im Park. From the moment I walked through the door, the service was outstanding. The staff were genuinely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming in a way that’s rare to find in Germany. The breakfast was great, the rooms were spotless, and the internet worked perfectly. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. When I checked out, I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and they were incredibly kind and down-to-earth. If I’m ever anywhere near this area again, I will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Near the Hauptbahnhof and very quiet place to stay.

Nice interior, good breakfast, quite place

It was a spacious sort of flat (bathroom downstairs). Basic, but with everything we needed and very clean. Heating worked fine. Very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was a savoury continental breakfast, more than enough choices for us. Free parking, but limited spaces (no problem the 1st night, and we found on the road the 2nd night). Within walking distance of the station and the city centre (parking would have been difficult in the city center during the Christmas market).

The bathroom was very good. The room is spacious.

Location is really convenient. All the necessary shops are nearby (Rewe, dm, a nice bakery, a brewery, etc.) and there are some really nice restaurants in the walking distance. There is also a spa but I didn't test it. All the staff and the owners are really kind and friendly.

Nice breakfast, cozy room, friendly stuff, good location in industrial part of Hilden, parking available. Everything was great!
