The studio is impressive, so much thought went into every bit o space. We had everything we wanted, including small games to play while in the room. The location is perfect, 5 min away from the center. It's really quiet at night and you have a lot of great restaurants right next to the building. You have free coffee, water and snacks on the ground floor " the flat". You can wash your clothes and iron them for free, meet with friends and play pool. A big recommend from us!

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed our time in Heidelberg. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a smooth and pleasant visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy Heidelberg’s beautiful atmosphere. The front desk team was very helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable from arrival to departure. Hotel Keindl meets all of my criteria: 1) Family run, 2) CLEAN, 3) Restaurant, 4) Bier Garden, 5) In-House Butcher Shop. I was very pleased on all counts, plus my room was large and very quiet. The included Breakfast has an excellent selection including some of their own meats ! Breakfast room is large and bright with plenty of room for moving around the breakfast offerings. There was a person on duty checking me in to the breakfast and directing me where to sit. Very helpful too. Dinner was very good. The servers were attentive and orders were correct. There is a Brass Band Headquarters/Clubhouse directly across the street from the Bier Garten, very convenient and they played from around 6pm till 9pm. A very nice plus ! Laundry service was excellent and a 1 day turn-around, plus very reasonably priced. Parking was available on-site and close to an access walkway you have access to with your room passkey. Staff speak English, and were very pleasant and helpful. They keep some very good candies in the tray/dish on the Reception counter.
