We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed our time in Heidelberg. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a smooth and pleasant visit. Staff is amazing. They helped everything and let me have the river view room. The hotel is in the perfect location plus really clean also comfortable.

This newly renovated hotel is a real gem! The bed was the most comfortable we have had in Europe. The property is on the edge of the Black Forest and gorgeous. Breakfast buffet had all we could ask for and was constantly replenished as guests ate. Easy walk to town, which exceeded our expectations! Wish we could have stayed several days.

We slept for a night in January and our stay was great. 5 minutes from the Train station and 5 from the shopping area. Easy self check in and building access by pin code. Very nice clean room, with a modern and spacious bathroom. On arrival we found welcome drinks and snacks. Good value for money, we'll be back for sure when in town.
