staff were friendly. Their breakfast was super.. Supermarkets, train station, restaurants and banks are nearby.

Looks brand new, very clean and comfortable.

Our main worry was the distance from the city center, but as it turned out it's not an issue. We were offered the room with the view to Neckar. I can imagine the view will be even better in spring-summer time, yet even in January it is nice. We had everything we needed and were treated as VIPs, which was really pleasing.

Nice facility with available parking and easy public transportation to downtown. On-site washers was so helpful for “light “ travelers.

Excellent location! It was so convenient as we came by train and the hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a small room, but it was just fine for a short stay. Great value for the price!

The location was easy walking distance to the old town and Christmas Market. Appreciated the free parking space. The room was very tasteful, lots of space and very clean.

Great location, looking out on plaza. Breakfast was included was wonderful. The rooms were big and charming. Everything was easy and convenient. The hotel building is very old but everything worked and was truly a wonderful German experience.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel am Rathaus . The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good. We'll definitely be back!
