I liked the ambiance as soon as I stood in reception. The decor and attentive staff especially as I was alone and not able to speak German also I'm unaided one sided hearing. The breakfast choices were spot on catering to all and staff are all attentive to everyone's requirements without being intrusive.All over the hotel is great quirky art and outside too. Local area is safe to walk around and has plenty of choice of shops etc. I found it so easy to travel around alone on train/trams and ate in local restaurants. I was fortunate to meet and chat with the manager outside of the hotel,not know his role. He is clearly proud of the hotel his parents created for him to put his stamp on it with bringing in technology systems to keep everyone safe without curfews etc. Lenord will keep the hotel fresh and move with the times. Perfect location, accessible to/from all the Landmarks in Dusseldorf. Especially great for Christmas Markets and train station.

The location is perfect in the Oudstad with restaurants, supermarkets, shops, stations in walking distance

B-Hotel is a modern establishment where rooms are equipped with modern furniture and facilities. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless clean, and the bed very comfortable. The microwave oven in the room was an added value. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly all the time. Although breakfast was not included in the rate, yet Marion, the hotel friendly owner (who is on site everyday), offers free coffee with fresh croissants, jam, honey and chocolate spread every morning. There are a few restaurants nearby (A map in the room showed the location of each). The hotel is located in a quiet street, so no noise from traffic. It took me 15 minutes to walk to the famous Königsalle. I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Düsseldorf.

Good and clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, closeness and good connection to the city center (20-25 min walk or train or tram).

Actually the staff is so friendly especially. Mr ALMOATAMAD in the reception. Helpful and so co operative. The facilities of the hotel are up to the expectations
