The location at the edge of a beautiful meadow overlooking the mountains and surrounded by properties with apple trees and gardens was peaceful and beautiful. It was an easy walk to the center of town through a picture-book charming neighborhood. There are numerous small hotels/vacation apartment buildings interspersed throughout this area. The buffet style breakfast was amazing, and there is a self-serve bar/snack area for guests to enjoy on the honor system.

bichl 761 enjoys a peaceful location in Fischen, just 3.7 mi from Oberstdorf. It offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of the Alps.
