Very clean, friendly service and well located next to the airport. Shuttle service is also very nice.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and the room was quiet and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Everything was extraordinary!!!

We ate a few meals here and really liked the food and service from the staff. We stayed here again after this initial stay for another 3 days mostly because of the staff and also because weekend rates in Madrid were crazily high. The room size was very big and we had no problem with our 6 suitcases (some huge!) and 4 carry on bags. The room was clean and towels were great too. It’s near Tres Cantos train station and easy to go to central Madrid. We did the train to Charmatin Station and then changed to metro. Now that we’ve been here in Madrid for several weeks, I think the buses may have been quicker. There are supermarkets very close too if you’re wanting snacks or more. Tres Cantos is a quiet area & safe feeling area as well.

Everything was clean and according to Hilton standards, the staff was always super helpful. Good for a short stay out of the city, it is close to a huge mall with a lot of nice stores and there is a gas station with a store next to it. Don't expect anything else.

Good breakfast and quiet nights and good rate

We decided to skip airport hotels this time for our layover and that’s why we ended up in Globales de Los Reyes. We wanted to feel Spain a little bit more and we were not wrong. The hotel is located in a quiet street but near cafes, restaurants, and near San Sebastián de Los Reyes’ city center The hotel is in great condition, very clean. The greatest thing is the staff, very nice people trying to do their best to help you out Even though it was a night staying you could realize that every thing works properly here.

Everything, especially the comfortable beds, the cleaning service and the bathroom.

Excellent customer service. We called the hotel and the driver arrived in only 10 minutes to pick us up. The room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist very helpful and attentive. The driver too was very kind with good knowledge of the English languge. Plus GREAT breakfast.

The property is nice and clean

The staff very helpful and resourceful, specially: Don Juan Carlos, Rafael ( both of reservation desk) and Mari ( breakfast area). The room was spacious with a sofa and sitting are. Bathroom clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Near metro station, restaurants and bus stops. Has elevator and breakfast was good.

Warm welcome when checking in ; very comfortable beds in a cozy clean room with ample hot water and very good water pressure in the shower. For those with mobility issues: good safe ramp to entrance and elevator. Lots of cafe’s and restaurants at the square some 30 meters away. 25 minute, 1.6km easy walk from terminal 1. Closer and shorter walk for those at terminal 2 or 3.

While I didn’t need it the room and bathroom were very disability friendly. Airport shuttle was on time. Checkin and check out was very efficient

Very nice Hostal in a quiet place avpiding all the rush in Madrid. The facilities are very nice and clean and family-friendly. The staff is very polite and helpful.
