We loved The Bear. It is the quintessential English pub that you’ve been looking for. Log fires going throughout the day, charming cozy furnishings and locals galore enjoying it as well. The village of Crickhowell is wonderful and vibrant with charming shops to explore. There are walks everywhere and the town is surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Get away from it all at this hotel high on the side of the Black Mountains, overlooking the Usk Valley and the surrounding hills.

Really lovely humble place. Quite grand, lovely hot tub that's actually hot and nice little pool with great views. Incredible location looking out onto the hills and super peaceful, in gorgeous gardens. Staff were all super super lovely, very welcoming and personable. Overall a lovely stay, great value for money and somewhere I'd happily return to.

Rhona's Cottage is located in Abergavenny, just 31 miles from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff and 31 miles from Cardiff University.

Especially liked the location, very convenient for walking into town. Good parking opposite, maybe temporary but very useful. Recycling arrangements best I've seen. Well appointed and good use of space for the size of the terraced property. Great proximity to beautifully kept public gardens and access to river Usk.

Railway Carriage is located in Abergavenny, just 4.5 miles from Llanfair Kilgeddin Castle and 4.9 miles from Crickhowell Castle. The 3-star vacation home is 4.2 miles from Abergavenny Castle.
