During my recent visit to Negombo, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Blue Bird, a charming family-run establishment that truly exceeded my expectations.  From the moment I arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the hosts stood out. Ajith and his family were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from arranging airport transfers to providing local recommendations. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and modern bathrooms. I particularly appreciated the serene ambiance, which made for restful nights. Hotel Blue Bird offers exceptional value for money, combining comfort, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Negombo and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed one night on returning from 2 1/2 weeks backpacking in Sri Lanka. Lovely room for good price. Pool beautiful. Central location for shops and restaurants. Owners let us leave our luggage next day as we had a late flight. Use pick me app up for tuk tuk to airport. Breakfast good value. Thank you for nice stay.
