The hotel is old but charming, it resembles the grandeur of old Casablanca. It is a real hotel, the rooms are nice, the bathroom is clean and spacious, and the beds are really comfortable. The gentleman at the reception, Mohamed, is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok.

The receptionist IKRAM is extremely helpful and she is always smiling. BADR at the reception is also professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our 5 day stay with the family was made even more pleasant thanks to Youssef, in charge of the restaurant.

The rooms were clean with free water bottles provided. Staff helped us arrange several different airport pick-ups for our guests arriving at different times, and the breakfast was good. The shower was great.

Great Experience. Loved the people at reception. Fettah went extea miles helping me rebooking my stay. Definitely I am coming here again to check if I get the same experience :-)

The property is in the city centre. It’s a good place to stay specially if you love to walk around the city.

Very clean and quiet i recommend , good value

This was easily one of my favorite stays during my entire month in Morocco and Spain. The hotel is beautiful with awesome decor, especially in the restaurant, and my room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a big shower and reliably hot water. Everything just worked perfectly - great WiFi, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful atmosphere throughout. But what really elevated this place was the front desk guy who was incredibly friendly, down to earth, and genuinely funny. I walked here from the train station (which dropped me at the wrong place) and arrived sweating profusely - he immediately made a lighthearted joke about it that broke the ice. I asked him questions throughout my stay, and at one point he laughed and said "Oh, more questions?!" His warmth made the stay feel personal. I left him a little note when I checked out telling him to take care. The location is excellent - walkable and felt safe, with easy access to Marché Central (Central Market) on foot and Habous Market by taxi. And here's a bonus: it's close to an incredible coffee shop called BONDI where I had the best flat white of my entire life. Seriously, if you're a coffee person, don't miss it. The hotel restaurant deserves mention too - while breakfast was just okay, I went for dessert one night and it was awesome. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Good to know: It's a bit spendy compared to other Morocco accommodations, but totally worth it for the quality and experience.
