I enjoyed every service inside the hotel, the room is quite convenient with all designed necessities for the comfort of the guest. The cleaning service is very meticulous and friendly. The breakfast has a well selected cuisines.

Location is very good and near to all type of services, space of my one bedroom suite was excellent, furniture in good condition, very clean and tidy.Mr. Al Blooshi at the reception is one of the best people I have ever met he is supportive, polite and professional, when it comes to Mr. Iqbal I have no words to give him the due respect and credit only I can say “ what a nice person” I am strongly recommending this hotel to all. I would like to let the staff of this hotel all of then to know that I am extremely thankful and grateful to their politeness and professionalism. Never I will stay in elsewhere in Muscat. All is good with amazing staff, good location near airport and just steps away there are few big hypermarket. Mohammed at reception was extremely friendly and helpful, all our requests were welcomed, even the free late check out.

Everything was above expectations. Good value for money, very courteous staff, clean & tidy apartment, great location & feels like home.

Booking.com booked this facility and gave me a reservation ID but upon my arrival i witnessed that the facility is undergoing maintenance
