Spacious rooms and friendly staff

We just booked this hotel as a place to leave our luggage and take a shower,as we arrived in a cruiseship and left late at night. So I cannot comment on breakfast,but I can say the staff allowed us to leave our luggage early morning,kept it safe and booked a taxi to the airport for us at the end of the day.Thanks to the people in the front desk!

Everything when you call reception for something it was delivered immediately.

The staff (Bissa in particular) was very helpful in facilitating my arrival and leaving luggage behind while I was on the Garden Route. Their communication was terrific and the restaurant was nice.

The breakfast was scrumptious, and the location was perfect. cleanliness out of this world. everything was amazing.

I didn't attend breakfast at the hotel. The menu was not appealing. However, I loved the room and the space of the apartment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the on-suite bath with the seperate shower and tub was perfect. It's been 10 years since I've been to Cape Town and the first time I've traveled with my family there. I usually stay at Marketplace Properties. However, my new location will forever be Mandela Rhodes going forward.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the staff. The rooms are super comfortable fitted with everything you could need for a short stay and amazing shower pressure!

Great safe location near within walking distance of restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The owner is very knowledgeable about South African history. The breakfast is good. The room was very comfortable.

Check in available anytime. They leave the key at reception and will share a instructions video how to come in. We had a late flight and this was ideal. Great location.

The Receptionist,the lady with dreadlocks who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The entire staff members including Housekeeping and Security they had great service and hospitality. Loved the vibe at Mojo Market, the food stalls and bars. They have nice food... The live band performance was entertaining and awesome. I will definitely be a return guest with my friends and will recommend it to people I know.
