I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Cottage in Ella. The cottage has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere with stunning mountain views that make it a perfect place to relax. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

I valued the serenity and the views the most! The views are stunning. This place is such a gem. The room was spacious and well fit out, the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the walk down to the small village, the untouched by tourists tea plantations and the encounters with the locals. The drive to the accommodation may be viewed as 'bumpy' by some, but for me it was part of the adventure. I loved everything about this place!

Family run guesthouse. Great folks. My friend wasn't feeling well and had purchased the wrong medicine at the local pharmacy. The proprietor drove me back into town to receive the proper medicine. This was unexpected and very kind.

Stayed 1 night in a double room. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable and the interior was nice and calm. Bathroom was clean with hot water. Fast Wi-Fi, TV with PEO TV, air conditioning and fan were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located in the middle of Ella town, the place was very calm and peaceful. Restaurant renovation works were ongoing during our stay, but there was no disturbance at all. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Location was brilliant, just off the main strip. Had lunch in restaurant, kottu was great. Room was spacious and very clean. Asked for later check-out and was given it with no problems. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Ella.

The venue is in a good location. Serves breakfast and arranges it for takeaway even before breakfast time if you have to get out early.

We wanted a nice place to stay for our family of four (2 teenagers) that was walking distance to the main town area but also quiet enough at night to rest. This accomodation delivered exactly what we needed. Located on the main street in the middle of everything but up a long slope driveway from the road it provided quiet in the rooms although there was plenty of action in the street. The adjoining rooms we requested were able to be provided and were clean, spacious, and provided great views over the surrounds. The bonus was that Alta Vista had recently completed installing a new spacious pool which was not currently advertised. This provided a great relaxing area and views of the town. The staff were very attentive to our needs and requests (including different breakfast eating times across the family). The breakfast was substanial and worth the cost, although there were plenty of alternative options available in the town if wanted.
