Villas in Limassol

We loved the corner sofa outside, we could sit and eat 12 people easily.. we also liked that you could watch a football game on the TV screen outside.. there was also a fridge and freezer outside to put the drinks.. the sounds system outside provides exceptional sound!

Good location, close to super market, walking distance to the beach. had everything you need for a family, on an island vacation.

We stayed at the villa for 7 unforgettable nights in April 2025 as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The villa is perfectly designed for a comfortable and relaxing long stay. It had everything we could possibly need: spacious rooms, brand-new and spotless interiors, regular cleaning service, fresh towels, bathrobes, and bed linens. Each room had a smart TV, a private toilet, and a shower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a full set of toiletries: shower gels, shampoos, lotions, even toothbrushes and toothpaste Highlights of our stay: A clean, warm pool A modern sauna Jacuzzi!!!! Sun loungers, and umbrellas A lovely outdoor area with comfortable furniture, stereo system,a canopy for shade, and a gas heater for chilly evenings A ping-pong table A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill — including charcoal, utensils, and even cleanup ash after use Delicious and varied breakfasts every morning A fully stocked indoor kitchen with all the dishes, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all necessary cleaning products We especially want to highlight is the host! Friendly, caring, and always available via phone or WhatsApp. Before our arrival, we received a complete guide about our stay, He personally welcomed us even though we arrived late at night, and patiently showed us everything. He also helped us with things not directly related to the property and our stay. He is made us feel completely at home. As a lovely welcome, we received fresh fruits and wine on arrival. We had a rental car, which made getting around very easy. If you're not planning to rent a car, it's a good idea to check public transportation options in advance We would absolutely love to come back again and can highly recommend this villa to families and groups. Everything is thoughtfully prepare down to the smallest detail — for a truly carefree vacation!

Villa: we were family of four and it could have looked after 6 easily. Big bedrooms. All Ensuite. Good sized pool. Good location, quiet and needs a car. Latchi worth going to. Good kitchen. Amazing selection of TV channels. Lots of space. Would recommend.

First of all — both hosts are really nice, helpful and caring (helping us out also with some health issues). The place is authentic, with an artistic touch, and very well located. Parking also isn’t a problem. We strongly recommend staying at The Stable. 👍

Everything was good and clean. We liked everything. The apartment is in great location too. Close to the center and the marina.

everything was great, the house has a lot of facilities, hot tub and projector are 100% covered from the rain which we were a bit worried about. bed was very comfortable as well. it was 100% great. Koula was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed dueing the check in.

The host was amazing. I have never been pampered as I was at this house. A true example of Cypriot hospitality.

The host met us at 2am for check-in and explained everything about the apartment. The central location is just next tot the municipal garden and walking distance to the beach.

We would like to thank for the pleasant stay. The location is perfect, very quiet area less than 10 min walk from the sea, spacious and fully equipped apartment, huge kitchen equipped with everything needed, sparkling clean bathrooms, lots of towels of really good size (nice touch). Very clear explanations on everything arranged in a folder on entrance. We stayed 6 nights, me and two children. We would like to stay again in the same location on our next visit to Limassol.
