This is a good location, within walking distance to all of the town. Good parking available and tons of space. We played games and used the living room quite a bit.

I received an email a few days before our arrival that was in German & English. It specifically said that the spa tax is 12€ and to deposit directly into their account or cash. Then on the paperwork that I had to sign, it said spa tax is 36€. I laid the cash of 36€ on the dining table, took a picture of it laying with the paperwork and my wallet. The email also clearly stated that our checkout time is 11am and that we have their lodge until 11am. So at 10am we had a knock on our door from 2 cleaning guys asking how much longer and I said our email said 11am we need to vacate. We never saw anyone. Beware there is NO parking spot at the place, you must find your own on the street (which could end up being 2 blocks away.).
