Villas in Playa Blanca

Gated community of villas, lots of room, clean, good wifi, large garden, easy alarm system, car parking, quiet area. Stayed for over a week - Villa was cleaned mid week & pool was cleaned every few days. Small supermarket near by. Not really accessible to anything else without car. Well equipped kitchen with cleaning products.

Location was excellent, villa was spotless, very comfy and everything we needed, shops and restaurants 2 mins walk away, we really enjoyed our stay

The apartment is brand new, nicely furnishes and very spacious, there is lot of sunshine and great view. Outside pool was very clean and water warm enough. The whole surrounding are very tranquil and lying on the terrace is a pure pleasure.

Serena Villas in Playa Blanca are great. Spacious, very clean and very comfortable with a private heated small pool and access to a larger communal pool with a smaller children’s pool (both unheated). We were in Villa 13 (50 villas in total). On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room with air conditioner/heater and TV. There is also a utility room with washing machine, clothes airer and pegs, ironing board and iron and the rubbish bins. There is a ground floor toilet/shower room and a further room with a desk and sofa bed (no air conditioner or fan in this room). Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms all with large fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room, air conditioner/heater, TV and a door to a small balcony with a spiral staircase up to a roof top solarium with two sun beds. The two other bedrooms (one twin one double) share a shower room, each has a ceiling fan. There was a range of herbs and spices left for use when cooking. Outside there is a shaded seating and dining area which gives onto the pool. This accommodation was perfect for our group. There is parking for one car and the development was quiet and secure whilst we were there.

We had a wonderful stay at Villas Susaeta and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The villa was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The private pool and peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised by a beautiful anniversary surprise prepared for us, which made our stay even more special and memorable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. Another thing we really valued was the well-stocked kitchen with basic essentials, giving us the chance to prepare breakfast before even visiting a nearby shop — such a great idea and a very thoughtful touch that we appreciated a lot. A very special thank you to Carmen, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. She was always available whenever we needed assistance and made us feel truly welcome. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better person to be our point of contact — her friendliness and care made a real difference to our experience. Overall, Villas Susaeta is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort, privacy, and excellent hospitality. We would happily return in the future!

Great location. Private and a good size villa. It was our 2nd time staying in this development/ type of villa. Claudia was very attentive and answered all our questions. We had a little issue with the hot water whilst we were there but it was sorted straight away by Claudia and the maintenance crew.

The apartment was comfortable, very close to amenities, it had a lot of extras supplied. For example toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. In the kitchen, wash up liquid, salt,spices,oil a selection of teas and coffee, and drinking water. The hosts also left a gift of wine and chocolates. The house has great wifi, and smart TVs in 2 rooms, plus 2 older TVs with a Chromecasts The hosts met us on arrival and showed us around, and came to pick up the keys on departure. The house was spotlessly clean. Loli and Ben made us feel very welcome and checked in during our stay to see if everything was ok. Really lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend their house. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep and a 7 minute walk to the larger beach with the sun beds. What more can I say.😄

The apartment was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. The kitchen was well equipped, good knives, microwave and washing machine. The thoughtfulness of leaving a welcome pack as we arrived at 8pm. The location was ideal, so close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We have booked to come back next year.
