Everything was very clean and like new

Great place, we couldn't ask for a better place. Anyone looking for a place to stay near Venice this is a great place. There is a train two minutes walk from the house to Venice. The place is renovated and very clean, there are three spacious rooms with double beds. There is everything you need to cook, do laundry and there is a cute backyard. There is free parking not far from the house. A million cafes and bakeries and a supermarket not far away. The owner is very communicative and helpful. Don't hesitate!

Very comfortable and clean, would love to stay again!!

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was incredibly easy to get to late at night from the airport, and getting into Venice city center was quick and hassle-free thanks to the nearby tram stop. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and was very well equipped. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Elegant, modern and very cozy! A great place to relax after visiting Venice the whole day

Great location to visit Venice. The bus stop is just outside the house. The hostess, Elisa, is very helpful and kind. Proximity to cafés, grocery, and restaurants is a plus. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean well accessible the owner was very nice person he took us from the report and the quality of transfer was very good. He he always helped us and he was really nice person. The location wasgood just one minute to train station the house was clean with all the facilities so I will recommend it.
