Villas in Procida

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Accomodation was clean and good with all facilities as mentioned. Access to beach was very nice and enjoyable. Security guard was friendly. We enjoyed our time. Overall a great stay and we will be back!

The staff was very helpful and the place was welcoming and clean and there was everything you need. I really enjoyed witnessing the sunset at the beach!

Villa was in a nice, quiet location. The bedrooms were adequate for six people and kitchen had necessary amenities.

We spent four unforgettable days at Villa Araucaria and it was nothing short of magical. The villa itself is spotless: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and fully equipped to cook like at home. The views were also absolutely magical and can be enjoyed from several areas around the villa. The peace and quiet surrounding the house made it a perfect oasis to relax in. The pool is the cleanest we have ever seen and the lush garden is maintained daily and looks spotless every day. Carlo could not welcome us but Nausicaa management agency took care of us and made sure our stay was absolutely magical ❤️ We were a group of nine and everyone agreed that this is the best villa we have ever stayed in and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Camilla and her husband were kind, helpful and lovely. The apartment is clean, updated with a lovely view. Beds are comfortable and cozy. She had everything there that we needed. Many touches that made it a wonderful stay. Easy walk from the port surrounded by shops and cafes. Easy access to other parts of the island for more restaurants and lovely views.

Beds were very comfortable. AC and insulation worked well. Location was great. The washer & dryer was a nice feature. The living room and kitchen is large. We are very happy that we stayed here.

This property exceeded all expectations. My friends and I love staying here so much and the hosts were incredibly kind. The place is beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is much bigger than you regularly find in Italy. Make sure to ask your host for a local water taxi. Doing the water taxi added to the vibe so much. I highly recommend this home for a unique stay in Procida.

Great location and the apartment is really clean and comfortable. Tons of restaurants downstairs and stores not too far away. I read that people complained about the mattress and the stoves but I didn’t see any problem with them. The mattress is perfect (maybe the host has changed it) and the stoves work just fine. I didn’t have to wait long. The kitchen has everything you need. Last but not least, the host is quick to respond. I had a problem with the key and she came immediately to solve it. I highly recommend this place!

The landlord is incredible! She explained everything in detail and provided us with all the information needed. We enjoy the time there so much and hope to visit again soon! Thank you so much for hosting us!
