We loved staying in this little stone house in a quaint village in the mountains. It had an equipped kitchen, wood stove for heat, hot shower, TV, wifi, and parking! The village is very peaceful. Plan to self cater and be prepared for the weather.

Gorgeous location in the village of Soaja. The restored stone cottage was lovely, with a delightful balcony. Had everything we needed. The host met us to let us in and show us important features. A lovely touch was a lovely homemade welcome cake that they made for us.

The home is fully equipped with everything you need + its located in a beautiful environment, there was even a cake waiting for us when we arrived. Amélia (the hostess) is very friendly and care giving. The village itself is fantastically authentic with a very good restaurant. If you are ever looking for a stay in northern Portugal, I can definitely recommend this house.

This is a beautiful gem of a house in a lovely village. Very comfy all round. We enjoyed our little surprise treats on arrival. Communication was great and we felt very welcome. Great hub for exploring or hiking the area.
