Everything... away from the crowds... but close enough to Everything very quite neighborhood... the house is adorable!! Very comfy... the Christmas tree and decorations were the perfect touch!

Everything was so clean and well maintained! The location was perfect very peaceful and relaxing.

The house was fully stocked. Walking distance to the historic district. Perfect for my family of 6! 2 adults, 2 grown kids, 2 littles 10 and under.

Our stay at Gem was just perfect. The property is spacious and spotless. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and the location is truly "walk to everything" including restaurants and the Lightner Museum which was the venue for our daughter's wedding. The decor is tasteful and thoughtfully laid out with just the perfect cool temperature inside to counter the Florida heat and humidity. Lots of fluffy towels and linens. Extremely comfortable!

The owners are honest people and very understanding, the house is within walking distance of most of the museums, quiet at night, The price is a little high but that’s because being so close to the historic district “St George Street”, and the time of the year. The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children, perfect for 2 couples to split the bill. I will definitely rent it again and I highly recommend it!!!

This little cottage was perfection. Met and exceeded our expectations. It was convenient to everything, clean, and well stocked with everything one would need. Good selection of sleeping accommodations. If you are going to St. Augustine this is the place to stay. We will definitely be back.

The location was wonderful, a quick walk from downtown. And not all that far from the fort, in turn. Grocery stores were quite a few minutes away, but it wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook a few meals from home. Also not far from several beaches and other attractions. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

I'm a Florida man and the flavor of that house what's the perfect relaxation. With hurricane Milton last week we had plenty of firewood on the street to pick up. It was just a skip and a hop to everything and I mean everything perfect location to see everything in in Augustine and a short trip down the coast to destination Daytona and main Street boardwalk.

What a wonderful and relaxing home! We stayed for 2 nights but wished it was longer. Great location in quiet historic downtown. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Extremely comfortable, clean and well styled accommodation. Hosts helped us with 1hr early entry - appreciated.

Location was great. The walk to the beach was easy nature walk. We saw tortoises on the way! The pool was a great addition to the family fun. So spacious: The kitchen, living room and two decks make for plenty of space for our large family to spread out. Loved the beautiful sunrise opportunities on the top deck!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house fit all of our needs, it was very clean and modern. Location was also good, close to shopping and downtown attractions.
