It fit our family of eight comfortably. Before we arrived, we received detailed instructions and they were responsive to all our queries. The house was conveniently located on a one-way street so it feels safe to walk around since you know which direction all vehicles are moving. The train street is very near, which we loved. There is a Winmart just across the street and a 24-hour Circle K Mart 250 meters away. The beds are comfortable and we had really good sleep because the place is quiet. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage one hour after the check out time. All three bathrooms are stocked with big bottles of shampoo and body wash. The whole house was clean. You can even cook there if you want to. The upstairs balcony is a nice addition and a washing machine is there if you need to do the laundry. Overall, it was a really nice experience staying here, and we will surely book this house again when we are in Hanoi.

Location: Very relaxing nature retreat, compound covered a large area, close to many nature spots. Staff: Super helpful staff that are willing to help with pretty much everything (including helping order food and even offering scooter rides for nearby locations). The manager is very responsive to inquiries and requests. Amenities: lots of fun options - a swimming pool, two pool tables, bonfire area, grills, and even a pickle ball court. Internet speed is quite decent too if needed.

This is truly a magical place. The staff helped is out with everything and we could use bicycles and kayaks for free. There are great restaurants nearby.

I was a bit hesitant to book here due to the few reviews, but my wife still wanted to stay here because the location of the apartment was very convenient for our trip. Contrary to our concerns, the room turned out to be spacious and very comfortable. The host also thoughtfully gave us a small, lovely gift.
