Location excellent, so very clean and a new refurbished bathroom. Excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. Louise the owner was on hand should we have needed her and we were given a parking permit which was so so helpful.

The apartment with terrace was fantastic easy check in and check out..the host was professional and really helpful... excellent location for South Beach pier pleasure beach etc...good corner shop and chip shop 2 minute walk to sea front...and tram stops with trams running on a regular basis... everything you could want for self catering and excellent have TV also in bedroom...so quite and great nights sleep... will be booking again...home from home and didnt want to leave

The hotel was lovely and the staff really nice. Room was clean. The heating was on in the room and we were on the top floor. The room was cold but it was one of the coldest days of the year. I did not ask if there were any additional heater which I probably should have but we slept okay. Beds clean and comfortable. I would stay again
