Property info

The Breverton is a beautiful Edwardian townhouse full of character and original features - rather like our guests, situated in the heart of Saint Annes. We are just two streets away from the beach and a short walk from the abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars that the town has to offer. All rooms are ensuite, with flat screen TV, hospitality tray, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is high speed WiFi throughout, which is free of charge. Fresh not fast is what breakfast is all about so take your time to relax and enjoy it. We cater for Carnivores, Vegetarian, Coeliac, Vegan and Lactose intolerant. Our south facing garden is ideal to sit and enjoy the sun on the terrace. Our nearest train station is St Annes on Sea

Set on a quiet tree lined street with off road parking for 6 cars, the best of St Annes is just a few minutes walk away. There is an abundance of restaurants to choose from including Greek Flame, LouShang and Zen (Chinese), Imli, Jai Lounge and Spicy Waves (Indian), Allegria, Le Patio as well as other independent eateries to choose from and a wonderful selection of bars less than 300m away. St Annes beach with its many attractions including 18 hole Pitch & Putt, the Les Dawson Memorial and the Pier are just a short walk. Blackpool and the Pleasure Beach are easily accessible by bus. Our nearest train station is St Annes on Sea.
