Loved the location, our room with a balcony and exceptional view. Comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast.

Very responsive hosts, very nice place

The first was the kindness of the owner, she was so kind to wait us late in the evening and to guide us in everything. The location is perfect, the hotel is super clean, the owners are very kind and helpful. The biggest surprise for us were the 3 things included in the price ( that is not mentioned on the site of booking ): very delicious breakfast bufet, free tickets in the public transport and free tickets in the nearest swimming pool.

Staff was very friendly. Food was wonderful! Facilities were great, loved the pool and took advantage of the spa. Would definitely come back. Very relaxing stsy!

The spa and the infinity pool are lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is breath taking. Breakfast was plentiful with many food and drink options. Public areas in the hotel are very nice and welcoming.

Very nice equipped apartments with separate bedroom and kitchen. Enough space for family with 3 years old boy and a dog - spaniel. Own yard. Location is incredible! It is just 20 meters to excellent condition cross-country ski trail. This part of the trail is flat. A couple ski-cafes - 100 meters to cafe in Karwendel hotel and 500 meters to cosy wooden cafe. Place is quiet, no sound from road. Bedroom window goes on parking, kitchen/lounge room window goes on trails. Morning starts with rising sun light on mountains, day-time are skiers, night is romantic with ratruck lights.

The location and the cleanliness. Cost worthy.

We got there late, and had to leave earlier than breakfast was served. The staff put us together some breakfast items and left it in the fridge for us. It was wonderful!

Edwin was super friendly and nice. He helped us with advice and recommendations, and we received some sweets. Motel room was cozy and clean, and the view was phenomenal.

The free entry to alpine pool was the best thing happened in our trip. It was a nice cozy place , host was very friendly.

Self checkin is possible. Great 2 bedroom apartment with a place to cook food and eat. One of our heaters had problems, so the owner came within minutes and fixed it. Parking is available
