They all were so nice making things simple and easy.
The communication thro whatsapp before our stay within 5 days to make sure we get all we needed.
Also, the summer card was a real good deal that they made it ready for me and my family. It gives you many places to go to for free (cable cars, zell am see boat...etc)
Location was super great! Less than 3 minutes of walking you are in the heart of zell am see center.

United KingdomWonderfully comfortable and welcoming for the whole family. The room was amazing and well equipped, bed was comfortable. The playroom was for kids was excellent, very clean and so well equipped. The pool and spa area was wonderful. We received a welcome drink and were able to order fresh bread for breakfast. We felt so welcome, our dog included.

GermanyWe had a wonderful stay at Berghotel Schmittenhöhe in Austria! The food was absolutely fantastic every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. After a long day on the slopes, it was such a treat to sit down to delicious, hearty dishes.
One of the best parts of staying here was the incredible ski-in/ski-out access. Being able to ski right to the door made everything so convenient and stress-free. No hauling equipment, no long walks just pure mountain enjoyment from start to finish.
And the view absolutely spectacular!
If you're looking for a cozy alpine stay with amazing food, unbeatable slope access, and stunning views, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic accomodation, clean, close to everything (public transportation, grocery store etc.) , wonderful host - the list is long and could never stop. Everything was perfect, from the communication before our stay - to the very last second before we checked out. Super receptive, welcoming & flexible host that made us feel at home. We’re really recommending this accomodation and whould also come back at a later visit, probably for a longer stay!

Everything was excellent in apartment #7, with a really nice view outside. We stayed for 5 days during my honeymoon vacation and the apartment have everything. I am really excited to get back again.

I was there during a public holiday and the hotel was a bit empty, I met nobody for a whole day :) but room was clean, comfortable, and cosy. I liked it and I would stay again there. Staff super nice.

One of the best accommodations we've ever been in. Super clean and modern.
It's located at the very top of a hill over the Zell am See town so there were no disturbances, only thing you can hear is the rushing water down in the valley.
Both check-in and check-out are without any reception. We really enjoyed the privacy in this regard.
All around perfect base for our hiking trip. There are trails that can be started right from the apartment and there are many many more just short drive away.
The private sauna is cherry on top.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights whilst enjoying a ski holiday.
Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, clean and spacious. The staff were warm, welcoming and helped woth everything we needed.

Very friendly place, facilities for skiers/snowboarders. The rooms and kitchen are very well equipped and clean. Spending some nice time at the gym and sauna is included in the price of your stay. Perfect for a holiday. I sincerely recommend it.

A fantastic stay in this very high quality accommodation with great views over the golf course and mountains. The train to the ski lifts is a very short walk away and runs every half an hour. Use of the train is included in the cost of lift passes (if you are wearing your ski gear!)
